We know that online shopping should be stress-free. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it better — with full transparency and no hassle
If you are not satisfied with a product you received, you may return it — even if opened or used.

Returns must be shipped back within 60 days from the date the product was delivered to you

In addition, in order for us to process your return, you must also send us an email with the order details (order number, product name, and quantity). Without this information, we will not be able to identify or approve the return.

Choosing the courier and covering all return shipping costs
Packing the product securely
Ensuring the product arrives safely
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
Anna Lotan Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged returns
Refund Terms:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within up to 60 days after we receive the returned item(s). In most cases, however, refunds are completed much sooner, often within just a few business days.
The 60-day window is provided simply as a precaution to accommodate for exceptional cases or processing delays.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
If your order has not yet shipped:
→ You are entitled to a full refund, no product return required
If your order has already shipped:
→ You must wait to receive the product and return it to us at your own expense in order to receive a full refund
→ All conditions outlined in the Return Policy above apply
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed only after the product is received back in good condition.
