Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most locations within the United States, excluding California and U.S. territories or islands (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and others). At this time, we only ship within the mainland United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.  Processing does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7-14 business days with your transit time, Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on destination, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Total expected time from order to delivery is approximately 14-17 business days.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $45 applies to orders under $150

• Free Shipping: Orders over $150  qualify for free standard shipping.

We use reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). The specific carrier for your order may vary depending on availability and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees once the package arrives in the country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

• Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to weather, carrier issues, or customs inspections.

• Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days, We will work with the carrier to investigate.

• Damaged Packages: If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
